Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Special Occasion & Prom Makeup Bookings - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. - You may cancel your booking within 14 days of the original booking date at no cost, and the deposit will be refunded. After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. - The remaining balance for your appointment is due 4 weeks before the scheduled date. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling Policy - If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 4 weeks before the appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made within 4 weeks of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. No-Show Policy - If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full balance will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Late Arrival Policy - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the service, and the full balance will still apply. Emergency Exceptions - In cases of emergencies, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated at my discretion. Health & Hygiene Policy - For the safety of all clients, please inform me if you are feeling unwell before your appointment. Rescheduling due to illness may be accommodated at my discretion. Contact for Changes - To cancel, reschedule, or discuss any changes to your booking, please contact me via email or phone at least 4 weeks before the appointment. -
