Refunds: Refunds are available if cancellations are made 14 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to a future class or another person. Food & Drink Drinks only, Please do not bring food for Hygiene reasons. Skin conditions & Allergies If you have any skin conditions or allergies to makeup or skin care products, you must let Zoe know at the time of booking. Allergies: Only use products that you know & trust. For contagious skin conditions: such as herpes, Impetigo, and conjunctivitis, you will not be allowed to use Zoe's Makeup Kit, If you have any conditions , I would advise seeking a doctor's advice before attending Hygiene Please ensure that all of your brush set and makeup are cleaned before attending
