Thank you so much for booking your place on my Charlotte Tilbury Masterclass. To ensure the smooth running of these exclusive events, please read the booking policy below. Booking & Payment ■ All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received via the link provided. ■ Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. ■ Spaces are extremely limited; bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations ■ If you can no longer attend, your place can be transferred to another person. ■ Please notify me by email or WhatsApp with the new attendee’s name at least 24 hours before the event. ■ Refunds are not offered due to the limited number of seats, fixed store allocations, and pre-prepared goodie bags. Running Order & Timings ■ Please arrive 10 minutes early — the masterclass will start promptly at the stated time. ■ Late arrivals may miss part of the masterclass, and unfortunately additional time cannot be added.
